RESERVATION :
The reservation takes effect from 3:30 p.m. on the day of the client's arrival and ends at 12 p.m. on the day of the client's departure.
*FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER: All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit payment made either by check, by bank transfer or by direct debit by credit card with customer authorization.
For a stay of less than or equal to 3 days: the amount of the deposit requested is the estimated amount of one night of the reserved stay.
For a stay longer than 3 days: the deposit amount requested is 30% of the estimated value of the reserved stay.
A confirmation will be sent to the customer either by email, by text message, by telephone with reservation number, or by postal mail.
CANCELLATION 1:
FEBRUARY MARCH APRIL MAY (excluding public holiday weekends), OCTOBER and NOVEMBER:
Any cancellation will be taken into account by the reception manager if it is made according to the following procedure:
1. CANCELLATION BEFORE 3 P.M., on the day of arrival and taking possession of the room,
2. TELEPHONE CALL TO RECEPTION (answering machine messages are not accepted) and confirmation by the reception manager that the cancellation of the reservation has been taken into account.
3. If this procedure is not followed, the value of one night will be charged by the reception manager.
4. If the customer leaves on the same day of arrival, the reception manager will charge the value of one night, the same in the event of a reduction in the duration of the stay initially reserved.
CANCELLATION 2:
JUNE / JULY / SEPTEMBER / HOLIDAY WEEKEND /
1. FREE CANCELLATION WITHOUT FEES: 15 DAYS before the date of arrival at the hotel,
2. CANCELLATION WITHIN LESS THAN 15 DAYS before the date of arrival at the hotel: 30% OF THE DEPOSIT KEPT BY THE HOTEL. This deposit will be valid for a subsequent stay during the current year or during the following year with date restrictions depending on the rates reserved.
2. ANY HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION MUST BE EXPRESSLY CONFIRMED BY EMAIL BY THE CUSTOMER WITH CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER OF THE TAKEN OF THEIR CANCELLATION, MADE BY THE RECEPTION MANAGER, otherwise, the deposit will be kept by the reception manager ( this is to avoid cancellations not taken into account and which force the establishment to keep the deposit due to a room left vacant because not rented following an unwritten cancellation).
In the event of the customer's departure on the same day of arrival or modification of their initial length of stay, the reception manager will charge the entire stay.
CANCELLATION 3:
AUGUST
1. FREE CANCELLATION WITHOUT FEES: 30 DAYS before the date of arrival at the hotel,
2. CANCELLATION WITHIN A PERIOD OF BETWEEN 30 DAYS AND 15 DAYS before the date of arrival at the hotel: 30% OF THE DEPOSIT KEPT BY THE HOTEL. This deposit will be valid for a subsequent stay during the current year or during the following year with date restrictions depending on the rates reserved.
3. FOR ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL: DURING THIS VERY HIGH SEASON PERIOD, WE INFORM OUR CUSTOMERS THAT THE ENTIRE STAY WILL BE DUE.
4. ANY VERY HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION MUST BE EXPRESSLY CONFIRMED BY EMAIL BY THE CUSTOMER WITH WRITTEN CONFIRMATION RETURNED BY THE RECEPTION MANAGER otherwise, the deposit will be kept by the reception manager (this is to avoid cancellations not taken into account and which force the establishment to keep the deposit due to a room left vacant because not rented following an unwritten cancellation).
5. In the event of the customer's departure on the same day of arrival or modification of their initial length of stay, the reception manager will charge the entire stay.
POSSIBILITY OF OVER-BOOKING
If when the customer arrives at the hotel, there is no room available, the reception manager will ensure the customer's reaccommodation, in the best possible conditions given their initial reservation. The customer will be welcomed at the salon for the time necessary for the new reservation and a refreshment service will be offered.
This new reservation will be the responsibility of the customer.
The Hotel may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it finds itself unable to fulfill them due to the occurrence of an independent event.
